A new and unique product, the Smart IV Catheter Guard is a tough but lightweight flexible plastic shield designed to cover the site of intravenous catheters in dogs.

 

Reducing the need for excessive taping and bandaging, our IV Catheter Guard is well tolerated and can help reduce the frequency of mega-paw swelling. Easy to apply, simply select the correct size guard allowing good coverage of the catheter insertion site. Loosen hook & loop strap (Velcro® style) and place guard centrally over the catheter site. Wrap hook & loop straps around the limb and fasten.
