Deliveries & Returns

Here at J.A.K Marketing, we pride ourselves in offering the most simple and efficient services as possible. Below you will find FAQ with regards to our deliveries and returns which will hopefully answer any of your questions. How long will my order take to arrive?

In most cases, all items which are 'In Stock' will be fulfilled within 24 hours if ordered before 3.00pm. If you require specific items ASAP, please make this clear at the time of ordering, or call us on 01347 878697.

What are your delivery charges?

Orders above £50.00 are CARRIAGE FREE*. Orders below will incur a small order charge of £5.00.

*Geographical restrictions apply.

What couriers do you use?

FedEx Next Day Delivery - for all items above 2kg delivered to the United Kingdom excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Parcel Force Priority 24 - For all international orders as well as Scottish Highlands and Islands
Royal Mail 1st Class/24 - For all smaller items less than 2kg

How do I return an item that is faulty, damaged or received/ordered incorrectly?

If you wish to make a return, this can now be done online. From the left-hand menu in My Account, simply click 'My return orders', and then the 'Return an item' button. If logged in, you can also click here to start your return.

Please note: Return requests must be made within 14 days of invoice date, and any requests made after this date will not be accepted. Similarly, items returned that are not in a resaleable condition and/or are not in original packaging, will be refused and returned to sender. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more information.

To streamline your return, please provide as much detail as possible (including your Delivery or Invoice number), any additional contact details and attach any supporting images and documents. Returns we receive will not be accepted without the relevant paperwork alongside.

How do I send an item in for service or repair?

If you have an item that needs servicing or repairing, please download the form below and fill in all the requested information. If you would like a quote before work is carried out on the item, please tick the relevant box. If you are unsure this is the service you require, please call 01347 878697 and we will be able to advise you further.
